In November 2025, ShareSoc and InvestorHub surveyed 255 UK retail shareholders to assess evolving expectations of listed companies.
The survey examined investor time horizons, capital allocation, research behaviours, communication preferences, and perceptions of current corporate engagement practices. The findings challenge common assumptions about retail investors and highlight clear opportunities for companies to modernise their approach to investor communication.
