Perth based mining companies are coming back on. Tech companies are coming in. And the ASX's push into dual listing North American companies is also starting to bear fruit.

One of those North American companies this week had a hard start to ASX listed life. Li-FT Power is a Canadian based Lithium story with a c. $450m market cap that gained some extra eyeballs with an accidental sentence in, of all places, their Corporate Governance Statement.
