At recent events, something has been coming up repeatedly: management incentives. They are super important, for many reasons, and many are currently broken and need fixing.

Over the last few weeks I have had the same conversation many times: "my incentives are broken."

Let's be real for a second. Being listed is hard and people do these roles because they can earn a lot more money in upside if things go right.
