  • Background Adsure Services is an Aquis-quoted specialist business assurance provider operating through its subsidiary TIAA Ltd, delivering internal audit, anti-crime, cyber assurance and advisory services to healthcare, housing, education and government organisations across the UK. As a relatively young public company, its priority has been building a credible, well-organised investor presence from day one. InvestorHub has been central to that effort, and its CEO, Kevin Limn, has become an active participant in InvestorHub's wider community of public company leaders.

Adsure Services is still building its investor audience. How do you think about that at this stage?

We're realistic about where we are. Organic sign-ups from investors have been modest, and we know that's fairly typical for a company of our size and stage on Aquis. But that's not really the point for us right now. The value of having the Hub is that when an investor or a broker or a prospective shareholder does find us, they land on something professional and well-structured. Everything is in one place, announcements, presentations, governance documents, our strategy, and it immediately communicates that we take our IR obligations seriously.

Without the Hub, that impression is much harder to create. The alternative is a fairly static corporate website that might not be updated for months. That's not the first impression we want to make.

What does the Hub actually do for your day-to-day IR workflow?

The biggest practical benefit is consolidation. Before, investor-related content was scattered, some on the website, some filed through regulatory channels, some in email attachments we'd send on request. Now it all lives in one place that we control and can update easily. When we release a regulatory announcement, it goes onto the Hub automatically. When we publish a presentation or a strategy update, it sits alongside everything else.

For a small team that doesn't have a dedicated IR function, that reduction in administrative overhead is genuinely meaningful. We spend less time managing content and more time thinking about what we actually want to communicate.
